Do I need a business or creator account?
Yes. A free professional account (business or creator) gives you access to Insights, which we use to measure everything. Switching takes 30 seconds and doesn't affect your existing followers or content.
Will you post on my behalf?
By default, no. You publish, so your account is always in your hands. On Growth and Scale plans, you can optionally grant us partner access through Meta Business Suite to schedule posts. This is Meta's official method, doesn't share your password and can be revoked at any time.
Do you use hashtags, follow/unfollow or engagement pods?
No follow/unfollow and no pods, ever. Both are against Instagram's guidelines and both damage reach. We use a small number of relevant keywords and hashtags where they help Instagram understand your topic, but they aren't a growth strategy on their own anymore.
Can you target followers in my city?
Yes. Location-led growth is one of our specialities for cafés, salons, gyms and studios. We combine local creator collaborations, location-relevant content and geo-targeted promotion to grow a following that can actually walk through your door.
Is the promotion budget included in the price?
No. Any ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own account, so you always see exactly where every penny goes. Many clients spend nothing; others spend $5–20 a day on proven posts. Your strategist will recommend whether it's worthwhile for you.
What if I'm camera-shy?
